You can list your property for free. Travalsta takes a 10% commission only on confirmed bookings — there is no charge for listing itself, and no monthly subscription needed to get started.

Can I keep my listings on Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO?

Yes. You can sync your calendars from other platforms through our channel manager so availability stays up to date everywhere, and run Travalsta as an additional direct-booking channel.

How do I get paid?

Guests pay securely through Stripe at checkout. After each confirmed stay, your payout is sent to your Stripe account, minus the 10% platform commission and the card processing fee.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Do I need a rental licence to host in Portugal?

Yes, AL registration (Alojamento Local number) is legally required in Portugal. Register the property as Alojamento Local in the RNAL registry and display the AL registration number on the listing.
